Online meeting with Mr. Vo Tan Thanh, Vice-President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI)

On Monday 23 May, Masayoshi Matsumoto, the Chairman of Kankeiren held an online meeting with Mr. Vo Tan Thanh, Vice-President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
VCCI is a partner organization of the Asian Business Creation Platform (ABC Platform).
Chairman Matsumoto shared the progress of the ABC Platform project with Vice Chairman Vo Tan Thanh, and asked for continued cooperation.
Vice-President Vo Tan Thanh said, "Next year, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam, we would like to work together with the ABC Platform." In response, Chairman Matsumoto said, "It is necessary to make concrete efforts with the aim of stimulating the economy." The two parties will continue discussions and deliberations.
Online meeting with President of The Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI)

On Tuesday 17 May, a meeting was held online between Chairman Masayoshi Matsumoto and Mr. Zaw Min Win, President of The Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) and others. UMFCCI is a partner organization of the Asia Business Creation Platform (ABC Platform), which works together with the UMFCCI in the areas of tourism, agriculture and environment.
Chairman Matsumoto explained the overall progress of the ABC Platform, while President Zaw Min Win explained the economic situation in Myanmar and expressed interest in the activities of the working groups of the ABC Platform. Discussions and studies between the two countries' representatives will be carried out in order to energize the activities of the working groups with Myanmar in the future.
